Capital

Capital relationships.

Transactions are funded from Crestone's balance sheet together with established institutional relationships, sized per transaction — banks, a Crown development bank, credit unions, trust companies, private mortgage capital, and government-insured financing. Most of the firm's lending counterparties have financed more than one Crestone transaction.

Capital is the firm's own — neither raised from outside equity nor syndicated to third parties. Timing rests with the principal.
